Lego Land 1-24-09

Today Cameron, Mommy and Daddy went with a few other families to Lego Land!! There we saw many cool things made out of Legos. First we saw the city of Chicago made entirely of Legos. Then we went through the jungle, where Cami got to see many familiar animals. (Her room is jungle themed.) Next, we went through a super hero room with Batman, Indiana Jones and Darth Vader. After that, we saw the cool lion...look closely and you will see Cami and Daddy. Lego Land was also still decorated for Christmas, they had a Christmas tree and this cool snowman. On our way out we even got to see the President!

Bigger and bigger every day!

Cameron has been doing better with tummy time lately! She will play for a few minutes now before letting us know that she has had enough.

In her swing Cami plays with her burp rags...only clean ones of course. She plays her own little game of peek-a-boo.

The other day when we were at Ms. Ewa's, Mommy saw just what to do with all of those links...hang little toys with them from the dome in the pack'n'play. Cami loves all the new thing hanging for her to look at and grab.

Cameron is so big she can even hold her own bottle. She has been trying to hold it for a few weeks now, but don't think she is too advanced...she will only hold it for a little while and then it falls. She still needs help most of the time.

The other day Cami and Daddy were playing in her room with the laundry basket. Look how cute she looks in there.

Cameron has found her voice...

Cameron loves to talk! She is talking more and more each day. Cami says "hi" all the time. She has also been experimenting with pitch. It is totally funny!

Cute Cameron

Cameron likes to watch the pictures change on our new digital photo frame. (Thanks Mary Beth)
Watching the TV yet again!!
Look at those eyes so big and so blue!!
Cami has found herself in the mirror. However, she really does not like to spend too much time on her tummy.

Cameron movies

Cameron becomes more and more fun to play with everyday. In these clips you will see her ...

...playing the "Stick it out, I'm going to get it!" game with Daddy

...and laughing while playing the "Blow on her belly" game with Mommy.

Now keep in mind these are not professional videos...so the quality is not the best, but at least you can enjoy them as much as we do!

January 3rd...three months old

Three months old on Jan. 3rd!! Cameron gets bigger and bigger every day! She smiles all of the time and is starting to laugh every now and then. Cameron has many expressions now, but I'll tell you it took about thirty tries to get these few smiling pictures.
The second she sees the camera she puts her smile away.
I think that's enough pictures MOM!!

Cami's First Christmas

Santa came to deliver Cameron's first Christmas presents!!! See them there under the tree!!

Cameron woke up at 9am on Christmas morning and we all went downstairs to see what Santa had left for her!! This was Cameron's stocking filled with wonderful goodies!

After having Christmas morning with Mommy and Daddy; we were off to Babcie and Grandpa Rob's house for more Christmas!!

Grandpa Rob held Cami while Daddy opened her gifts. This time she made it through all of them before falling asleep!

Then we were off to Grandma and Granddad's for dinner and more Christmas. Mommy and Daddy thought it would be a good idea to bring the rest of the family gifts from Christmas Eve for Cameron to open!

We ended the night with Cami playing with Granddad while Grandma held her!
This Christmas was very busy, but also very wonderful!! We are sure that next Christmas will be just as busy and just as wonderful!!

Cami's First Christmas Eve

Cami's first gift of Christmas was the "Believe" bell from the movie Polar Express. Granddad gave Cami this gift just as he had done for Cousin Trevor on his first Christmas three years ago.

Our tree looked great this year even though it's a fake!!
Granddad held Cami for a little while, while Daddy opened Cami's presents. They opened a few gifts for Cami while she was still awake and saved the rest for later. I think they made it through four or five before she was ready for a nap.
This was the pile Cami still had to open after Christmas Eve night was over!

Grandma and Granddad opened a few gifts that were given to them by Cameron. This frame says "Grandkids" on the top and will soon be filled with pictures of Trevor and Cameron.
Grandma's coffee cup says "Grandma's my name... Spoilin's my game"
It is hard to find things that say Granddad..most everything says Grandpa...so Megan had to make Granddad's coffee cup!

TV junkie on our hands!!

Cameron seems to be a TV junkie.

When we put her on her tummy time mats she stretches her neck up to see the television rather than looking at the toys right in front of her.

When she is sitting on the couch she focuses on the television rather than her Mommy and Daddy.
She will stare at the TV for minutes at a time. We are going to have to limit this couch potato's TV time as she gets bigger!
