A visit to a new park!

This morning we went to yet another park! As usual Cami loved the swing. She also got to go down a baby slide, and then part of the way back up! The new experience of the day was the seesaw! Pretty fun!!!

Spray Park play date

Today Cameron had a play date at the spray park with Emilia and Damien.(Mommy had a play date with Mrs. Ewa!)We had never been to a spray park before so we did not know what to expect. Mommy was glad to see that Cameron really had a great time playing in the water!! It was funny to see Emilia in the swimming outfit that matched Cami's hat. The three kids had fun in the water and then we all went over to the playground for some time on the swings and a snack. What a great way to spend a summer morning!!

Don't worry, Cami was not hurt by the water that dumped on her at the end of the video! She did not even cry. I cut the video off to make sure she was okay and she was!!!

Ironwood Block Party

This past Saturday was our neighborhood's annual Block Party! This year's theme was Mardi Gras. Cameron got her first tattoo, a fake one of course!! The men from the Fire Station came to show all the kids the big fire truck. We missed it because we were playing Frisbee golf, but Cameron somehow ended up with two hats!
Cameron had many friends to play with while Daddy was playing a game of bags with Uncle Erich, Uncle Eli and Cioci Stephanie.
Then Cami played on a blanket with Cioci Stephanie while Daddy, Uncle Erich and Uncle Eli tried to make cotton candy. The machine did not work very well so they decided to give up.
We were the half way house on the Frisbee golf course. (The ninth hole.) So at one point Cameron was the "baby hazard" for some of the guys who were playing. Mr. Jimmy had to have a "talk" with Cameron for being on the course!!

The day was a ton of fun and next year we are the presidents!

July 13th

Real Food!!

Eating has been the theme of the month!! Cameron decided that she would give up baby food when she turned nine months old. Since then we have not been able to get her to eat anything but big people food. She is not picky as long as she can do it herself!! So far Cami really likes green peas and green beans. She also likes steak! Cameron pretty much eats whatever Mommy and Daddy are having. This was dinner tonight...egg noodles, steak, green beans, and fruit! Check out the way she is going to town on those green beans. As for the noise...that's simply her eating noise:)

The Forth of July!

Cameron was all ready to celebrate the Forth of July in style! Yeah for America and for Independence!!Granddad bought Cami her first American flag! The other one is Trevor's, Cami was just testing it out for him. :)While we waited for it to get dark and for the fireworks to start Cameron played with her glow sticks. What fun!!Then the fireworks started. Wow they were pretty! Cami lasted about half way through and then she fell asleep.

Cruising right along!

Cameron is cruising the couch, the coffee table and pretty much everywhere else she pulls up to stand! Walking next?!

Nine months old!

So Big!! Check out those top teeth!! They started to come in back in mid June while we were on vacation.
